ORDERING POLICY
All orders must be placed through our site. The customer must receive confirmation that their order is ready for pickup/delivery before either option can be made. For security purposes we do not accept order information via email.
CANCELLATION POLICY OR CHANGE OF ORDER
Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1 p.m. Central the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES AVAILABLE
The cut off for placing a order is Monday at 5 p.m. Central to receive/pickup your order the same week. Deliveries can be requested but are not always guaranteed due to the high demand of orders. In the case a delivery is available, they will be made Tuesdays through Fridays only, no exceptions.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 2 days from purchasing your order to receive a replacement. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per customer.
HANDLING AND FRESHNESS
All of our products are made fresh with no additives or preservatives in our commercial kitchen. In order to assure freshness, all our products must remain refrigerated until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to do this can result in spoilage and we will not be held responsible for loss of product or health risk that may occur. Other defects must be reported within 2 days from purchase.
We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. All our products are stored in a refrigerated unit in order to remain fresh and delicious for approximately 2 months. For best taste, it is recommended to consume our products within 7 days after the tamper evident seal is opened. After 7 days we recommend that the product be discarded.
